So where do i begin. Maybe I could say i am pathetic, i cowered into the warmth of my bed instead of going to gym. i ate marie biscuits like there's no tomorrow. So you get the picture. basically I messed up. My weight has climbed to 120, even writing it down is scary.
But have no fear, I am giving myself a challenge. For the next 4 weeks I will go to the gym, I will Do the bike, treadmill and I will swim. Depending on the mood I will even do a group session. The other day i did water aerobics and it was cool I guess. I mean you dont sweat or anything like that but you kinda lift and do normal aerobic stuff with the toughness of pushing water.
So today is the 22 and i will report here on the 20 September 5kg lighter.
