A constant challenge

Eating healthy and exercising is a constant challenge for me. I am feeling particularly down today, so i am more prone to over-eating. This whole week actually has been a challenge. On monday I had sweets, tuesday i had a box of eetsummor biscuits, yesterday i had a pie. That's just a list of the things i shouldnt be overdoing it on.
I am starting this blog as a way to keep myself motivated

Lol, but not that I think it's funny, but it's just like me. You know I can be good for a couple of days, but then there things I can never pass up, the minute there's a trigger I just have to eat them. What's worse is that they then become triggers themselves, such that I can't go back to controlling my eating till I've had 1, 2,3 and 4. So I always have these days when I'm 'saying good bye'. Will it ever end??
