Lazying about

I had set a goal for myself to be at 115kg by end of April, I did not make it. Not because of a platue or anything like that, but because i did not follow all the steps i needed to follow. The steps ofcourse are Bob Greene's (the Oprah personal trainer guy) and they are:
  • Limit or eliminate alcohol
  • Drink 8 glasses of water daily
  • Exercise aerobically for 6 days
  • Exercise no less than 20 minutes
  • Exercise at an intensity of 6 or 7(at 70% of your ability)
  • Eat a low-fat balanced diet
  • Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily
  • Eat at least 2 fruits and 3 vegetables
  • Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime
  • Renew your commitment daily

The first 2 points i have nipped. Exercise I was consistent for a while but the week of the 25th of April I missed 2 days. and this week I've missed 2 days already. So i'm sort of struggling but thee most terrible thing is the eating, I have just been beinging on everything.

So yep this morning i weighed in at 117.8kg. I have to discipline myself and just do this.

I like these. It really seems easy, but somehow it's also so difficult, confirming how so much of this weight business is really mental/emotional.
