On monday i went to a guesthouse with a friend to have her booked in, the nice lady there offered us cake. I had a slice of this caramel-ish one(i dont what it is exactly), and a big slice of a carrot and nut one. So that could have been fine for a week, but no i had to have 2 slices of caramel and a slice of chocolate yesterday at a colleague's farewell party. you know how much calories in a slice.
The scale at the weekend said 115 but i know i've gained cause my office chair pinched me yesterday. the good thing is i am back on taebo, i didnt do it today(i was just a bit lazy) i will fit in walking during the day.
