When i am on the roll with weight loss i get carried away, like weigh myself almost daily. When the nanny goes out to the loo after i finish taking a shower, i quickly get the scale out from other the bed, make baby noises at my daughter and await my fate. i have one of those tap with a foot first then climb on. so this morning the verdict was you are 114.00 and i was happy. I will really be truly happy when the pants i am wearing are loose again. I am happy the chair doesnt pinch me so much anymore, i hardly notice now.
Didnt walk this morning,long story involving BF.
later today i am going to planet fitness to see if i have really won 3 year free membership,, yeah right i'm sure there's a catch...
