The key is consistency

Why then do I not keep it up. I was doing so well..........and now my knee is giving problems. but ofcourse there are eliptical(???) machines for that.......
I know I ramble a lot on this blog but I have not found my mojo. I have not found a way to loose weight and keep it off that works for me.
Maybe I should try outdoor activities, climb hills or cycling(if I could learn). That was one of my resolutions this year.....they were:
  • Keep swimming
  • Learn to cycle
  • Lose weight
and I think get rid of debt. 1 out of 3, ok maybe i still have a few weeks to learn how to cycle.
