- Buying sweets, biscuits and chips both at work and when grocery shopping
- Frying eggs and mince(can you believe yesterday i made french toast)
- Eating my whole day supply before 11 (i would bring 2 fruits from home, have low GI bread and like it lean chicken polony and the fruit all within an hour)
- Not including vegetables into my daily eating
- Lazy to exercise

Right now I'm working on 5. I can actually be good with the others at times, but when I 'fall off the wagon' all hell breaks loose...
